Jeremy Green

Jez is one of the UK’s foremost recruitment SEO/PPC experts and has been a pioneer of search marketing utilisation since his days as Head of Search at Jobsite (1999-2006), the UK’s first multi-sector job board, developing new techniques whilst Head of Search for uSwitch (for 2 years from 2007), one of the UK’s most popular comparison sites.

Prior to founding Search Natives, Jez worked as a consultant on various SEO/PPC projects for many market-leading websites, major blue chip organisations, public sector bodies and search engine marketing technology suppliers.

Steve Evans

Steve’s 15 year recruitment career includes; UK Director for the global recruitment business, TMP.Worldwide, European reseller of Monster.com (when Monster was owned by TMP), establishing the UK’s fastest growing ATS, Apply4Law and Head of Marketing for the UK’s largest job board software provider.

Steve established Net Natives, a recruitment marketing agency. Since launch Net Natives have provided online recruitment, social media strategy and Facebook advertising solutions for over 100 clever clients.

Steve is regularly invited to contribute to recruitment publications and sits on the judging panel for the UK’s National Online Recruitment Awards.
